You may have heard of Planking many times right now as it went trending in some countries. Not that many have know, there is an exercise called “Plank” which is good for our abdominal muscles. This Plank Exercise is similar to Planking - the Lying Down Game – that requires us to maintain a difficult position for a limited period or time. One common Plank to practice is the Front Plank. You can simply held down in push-up position, and have your body weight on your forearms and your toes.
Why we should do Plank Exercise?
Although this requires us not to move, this Plank Exercise is challenging and others might find it uncomfortable and sometimes ridiculous. Doing this kind of exercise helps us fight osteoporosis. If you do plank properly, this exercise can be better that doing sit-ups and helps you strengthen your core
Another reason why I like this exercise is because its free and you can do it anytime, anywhere. No need for us to go to gym or have an instructor for this exercise.
